DashDeck Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DashDeck (the "Service"), available at https://dashdeckhq.vercel.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

DashDeck is a platform that allows marketing agencies to upload branded templates, connect Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, and automatically generate branded, data-driven client reports.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis, with plan tiers and limits (number of clients, brand templates, and features) as described on our pricing page, which may change from time to time.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to connect the advertising accounts you link to the Service (e.g., as the account owner or an authorized user on that Google Ads account).

3. Your Content and Data

  • Templates and brand assets: You retain all ownership rights to the templates, logos, and brand assets you upload. You grant DashDeck a limited license to use, store, and reproduce that content solely to generate reports on your behalf.
  • Advertising data: Performance data retrieved from your connected Google Ads accounts is used solely to generate the reports you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the templates and connect the ad accounts you use with the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights (including the terms of Google Ads, Meta, or other connected platforms) - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, data, or connected ad accounts - Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's normal operation - Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent reports intended to deceive a client or third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until canceled.
  • Prices and included limits are as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase and may change with notice.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us at the email below.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Google Ads (via the Google Ads API), authentication providers, and AI processing providers, to deliver its functionality. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's own terms of service. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or data limitations imposed by those third parties (for example, Google Ads API rate limits or test-account restrictions).

7. Intellectual Property

Aside from your uploaded content described in Section 3, all software, design, branding, and content that make up the Service are owned by DashDeck and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service itself.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that reports will be error-free, that generated insights are complete or suitable for every business decision, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. You are responsible for reviewing generated reports before sending them to your clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashDeck will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required to comply with a legal obligation. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify users via email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
